New expatriate insurance products

International insurance company Expatriate Healthcare has launched two new speciality life insurance products.

The life insurance policies are designed specifically for expatriates – those people that live or work away from their parent company. The two health insurance plans provide accident and illness income replacement insurance .

Furthermore, the cover includes accidental death cover and term life insurance . The term life cover is available for a period between one and ten years. When it comes to the income replacement benefit, the insurance policy provides a lump sum in case of accidental death or permanent disability, as well as a weekly benefit in cases of temporary disability.

Other life insurance news confirms that one in ten UK consumers are dropping life insurance due to the recession.
