The Financial Services Authority (FSA) have granted approval to ACE Europe for the creation and establishment of a new life insurance company, to be based in London . The trade name for the international insurance firm will be Ace Life.

The plan is for the new insurance business to focus on the protection sector of the market, with term life insurance products on offer, followed by a development into the payment protection insurance industry in conjunction with financial services partners.

ACE are based in America, but operate internationally in the life insurance field. The new products will be available on launch of the company, offering an interesting alternative for UK consumers seeking life insurance .
